Building young people into responsible riders with respect and work ethic for a successful future!
PONY CAMP OPEN HOUSE!
SATURDAY JUNE 9th 11AM-3PM
FREE FOOD AND PONY RIDES!
Learning the importance of safety and horse care.
Each rider learns how to groom and manage their pony.
Specialty Ponies are chosen to match the rider's skill, size, and personality.
Lessons on proper equine safety, techniques, tack, grooming, communication, handling, and respect help develop a self confident and ambitious rider.
Riding lessons are taught by one of our professional trainers.
Riders are encouraged to bring boots (hard soled shoes), gloves, and a helmet. Some helmets are available to be borrowed.
We go through the basics from leadline to riding during each lesson and work on each rider's area of improvement.
Once our young riders are ready to compete Oz Farm participates every step of the way.
We will get you registered for the HITs Horse Show that is just 2.5 miles from the farm.
Our trainer and staff will get every detail ready and be ringside for a winning day full of ribbons!
